As part of the firm’s growth, Agema Anlaysts is pleased to announce the expansion of our business with our new fully integrated office in Hamburg-Germany based in the historical port city alongside the river Elbe. Parastu Aghai (Attorney at Law) will be heading our Hamburg office as the Managing Partner of Agema Analysts Rechtsanwaltskanzlei. Parastu is a German qualified lawyer with Iranian roots. She studied law at the University of Hamburg and is a member of the Hamburg Bar Association.
Before joining Agema Analysts Parastu Aghai worked for 8 years in Dubai, UAE and gained vast experience in the Middle East, working for one of the largest UAE multidivisional conglomerate with a range of diverse product and business interests. As legal counsel she handled corporate and commercial matters and in her role as compliance officer, she implemented a customized compliance and risk management program and conducted regulatory compliance trainings for management and employees. With her strong experience, both in the local and international market, she provides clients legal insight and practical business advice. She speaks fluent German, English and Farsi.
