As part of the firm’s continuous growth, Agema Analysts is delighted to announce the expansion of our presence and client support within the African continent by extending our services to the Arab Republic of Egypt by opening a fully-fledged law firm in Cairo. Our local partner Emara & Soliman – International Law Firm joints our firm and will trade in future under the name “Agema Analysts Egypt”.

Agema Analysts Egypt will serve our clients requiring professional and cutting-edge legal services in Egypt and at the same time assisting new market entrants and investors interested in Sudan, and Libya.

Agema Analysts Egypt complements strategically our geographical reach and legal cross border service offering for our clients in the African continent and the Middle East in addition to our existing offices in Hamburg and Freiburg (Germany), Dubai (UAE) and Nairobi (Kenya).

Agema Analysts Egypt will be managed by Abdel Hamid Soliman as the firm’s Managing Partner. Abdel Hamid brings a wealth of experience from his pervious roles as legal counsel with 12+ years of PQE in Egypt, Kuwait, and Turkey in the international and legal cross-border corporate and commercial field.

Agema Analysts Egypt team also includes Mohamed Emara as a partner of Agema Analysts Egypt. Mohamed is an Egyptian qualified and internationally trained lawyer with 10+ years of PQE in Egypt, Kuwait and Turkey who has profound legal experience in Industrial Law, commercial law, import law and corporate law.

Additionally, Dr. Maryam Al Zoabi is part of the Agema Analysts Egypt team. She is a Syrian qualified lawyer and an advisor of Agema Analysts Egypt with more than 7+years of PQE and deep expertise in corporate and commercial law, immigration and citizenship law. She holds an L.L.M in International Relations and Private Law and is currently pursuing a PhD in Humanitarian Law.
